Before Your Appointment

To help us move forward quickly, please be prepared to confirm:

• The zip code where the appointment will take place

• The number of signers

• Whether you have required witnesses, if applicable

• That each signer has a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

Please do not sign your documents before your appointment. All signatures must be completed in the presence of the notary.
